Kenneth “Kenny” Stroud serves as Associate State Counsel for CATIC where he oversees

underwriting for Georgia and multiple other states throughout the southeast region. Kenny received a B.B.A. from Kennesaw State University in the disciplines of Economics and Finance. Kenny spent several years in the insurance and risk analysis fields before enrolling at The University of Georgia School of Law where he obtained his J.D. Prior to joining CATIC, Kenny maintained a successful practice in Metro Atlanta focused on real estate and real estate litigation, estate planning, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Law Section, Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association, and Southern Land Title Association.
