Alice Nelson

AgSouth - Alice Nelson has been with AgSouth Mortgages for almost 8 years. However, she has been in the real estate industry her entire life as her parent’s owned and operated their own real estate firm in Carrollton. She received her real estate license many years ago but found her true passion in the mortgage loan industry. She is a born and raised Carrolltonian, married to James Nelson and they have 3 awesome kiddos: Tinley, Rhett, and Barnes. She loves her job as with each new loan is a new and different family she has the opportunity to assist in helping make their dream of homeownership a reality.

Antonia Greenhaw

PMG Home Lending - Antonia Greenhaw is one of the founding partners at PMG Home Lending, LLC. She is a proud graduate of Bremen High School and The University of West Georgia( with a degree in marketing in 1995). She has been in banking and finances her whole career. Before co-founding PMG Home Lending, LLC in 2007, Antonia worked for two local banks and a finance company helping thousands of customers with many different types of loans. Over the years, she has become one of the most experienced and trusted mortgage professionals in West Georgia and East Alabama. She is the mother of four boys and is married to Mike. She and her family live in Bremen, and in her free time, one of her favorite things to do is cheer for her sons in their athletic and extracurricular activities.

Cynthia Hall

Security National Mortgage - Cynthia Hall is the force behind the Hall Team at Security National Mortgage, is a Certified Veterans Lending Specialist, and is licensed in six states. Having approximately twenty years in the industry, she started on the accounting side of the mortgage business. When the market crashed in 2007, she learned every job on the operations side before transitioning to a Loan Officer a few years later. Cynthia has three huge passions in business: Homebuyer Financial Education, Veterans Mortgage Rights, and Transparency and Fairness in Lending. Part of the West Georgia Community, she lives with her husband (and business partner) Tom and their menagerie of farm critters in Carroll County. She puts her charitable efforts into our local community as well. You’ll also find her whipping up something delicious every chance she gets!

Jeremy Walton

AmerisBank-Jeremy Walton is a United States Air Force veteran with 18 years of experience in the banking industry. He stays informed of current industry news and trends, providing his customers with the most up-to-date information and lending solutions. He specializes in Construction to Perm and New Construction but prides himself on helping his customers find the perfect mortgage for their needs. Most recently, Jeremy received recognition for receiving Ameris Bank's President’s Club award in 2020 and 2021.

Beth Southern

Direct Lenders - West & Southern Team - Beth Southernis native to the Atlanta area with over 25 years in Mortgage Financing. She and John West have been partners since 2011 and have worked together since 2006. They have been the winners of the MBAG Gold Award for Mortgage Banking for 6 Consecutive years!!! They work with top sales agents and new sales agents. They help the experienced home buyer and the first-time homebuyer. They strive to make a smooth transaction from contract date to closing. Beth has been married to Kevin since 1995 and has two daughters and a grandson. She is a faithful member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Association. She loves decorating, hiking, boating, and traveling.

Ryan Hamil

Ryan Hamil is Legacy Mortgage Team at Goldwater Bank’s Sales Manager. He is a graduate of University of West Georgia, with a degree in Finance.

He began his mortgage origination career in Honolulu, HI over a decade ago. Ryan prides himself on offering his clients transparency, efficiency and accuracy in everything he does. “My clients receive straightforward answers and advice, and complete transparency at all times.”

Ryan is grateful for the ability to do what he loves, provide for his family and have the flexibility to balance work and play.  He is a dedicated husband and father of three little girls. The family enjoys visiting the islands whenever possible.   A true outdoorsman, Ryan is an avid big game hunter and is always up for a new outdoor experience.
