The June 2025 housing market in Floyd County saw mixed results. Sales volume totaled $26.5M, up 16.4% from last year but down 16.5% from May.
Units sold rose 11.9% year-over-year to 94 but dipped 13% month-over-month.
The median sales price fell to $250,000, down 4.9% from last year and 4.7% from May. New listings dropped 14.6% to 146, while active listings climbed 31.3% to 403.
