The June 2025 housing market across Rabun, White, and Habersham counties showed solid growth compared to last year. Sales volume reached $65.8M, up 3.4% year-over-year, with 131 units sold—a 12% increase. The median sales price climbed to $357,000, up 5.9%.
New listings jumped 26.2% to 279, and active listings rose 42.4% to 756. Month-over-month, sales volume increased 34.9% and units sold rose 20.2%, while the median price edged up 2%.20.3% to 308, and active listings climbed 39.9% to 747. Compared to April, sales volume fell 10.8%, and units sold decreased 10.7%, while the median price rose 2.9%.
